In this role, you will be responsible for verifying life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers. It is a vital part of our Company's New Business and reputed company process. The information you verify and gather directly relates to determining whether the Company will decline or issue a policy. This is a remote / work from home position. What You Will Do:
- Maneuver reputed company the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed.
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers - verify and document required information to finalize applications for reputed company assessment.
- Accurately document the information.

- Be able to properly explain the application process to potential customers.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete additional paperwork reputed company needed.

- Successfully meet the minimum expectation for departmental key performance indicators (KPI).

- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
- Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.

- Proficient use of the computer and keyboard functions
