Job Summary The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a manageable caseload of approximately 10 to 12 clients, conducting intake assessments, developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, and mentoring Behavior Technicians in both home and clinic settings. - Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients
- reputed company, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and reputed company acquisition plans
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and ABA Coordinators
- Monitor client reputed company through data analysis and ongoing assessment
- Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, reputed company based ABA practices
- Maintain consistent communication with families reputed company direct supervision, email, and phone
- Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a reputed company field
- Active BCBA certification
- LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA services
