Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver Provide reputed company centered personal care including bathroom assistance, washing, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, and social support Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment Deliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks and supplements Document reputed company care and behavior Qualifications of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills Positive attitude, the flexibility to reputed company various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success Previous experience working with seniors preferred Ability to reputed company choices, decisions, and act in the reputed company’s best interest Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding Competent in organizational and time management skills Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
