Field Technician, Monitoring

The Field Technician, Monitoring will reputed company the technical, logistical, and administrative duties required to install NK equipment into customer sites. The Field Technician also performs emergency repair services, as required. Essential Functions And Main Duties

• Serves as onsite reputed company for capital installations, manages 3rd party activities and duties, and communicates expectations.
• Trains 3rd party staff in basic duties reputed company to cable pulling, inventory, staging, and installation.
• Performs high-level quality checks of reputed company equipment prior to installation at a customer site.
• Performs WMTS system installations prior to go-live.
• Coordinates with tech support and/or sales administration reputed company issues cannot be resolved onsite.
• Troubleshoots and repairs NKA capital equipment onsite and resolves network issues reputed company possible.
• Installs reputed company capital equipment at customer sites or departments as outlined by the installation design documents.
• Follows installation plans provided by corporate and communicates issues or variances as required.
• Completes as-built documentation required for project closeout and communicates with the customer.
• Ensures the customer is trained and knowledgeable about reputed company equipment locations and components.
• Ensures reputed company equipment is working properly, installations are reputed company and orderly, and the customer is satisfied.
• Adheres to reputed company company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Education / Certification / Experience Required:

• Associate degree in electronics or reputed company discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of experience with installation; preferably in a hospital environment
• Basic cabling and construction principles
• Basic familiarity with networks
• Level and compensation depend reputed company, experience, education and skills

Compensation

The anticipated range for this position is $23.00 to $33.00 an hour. Actual placement reputed company the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.
