Job Description Tri-Starr Talent is currently seeking an reputed company and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our client’s dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding environment providing exceptional care to animals while supporting veterinary staff with medical procedures and client communication. Schedule: Days Vary, hours between 7:00am-7:00pm Pay reputed company: $21.15/hr Responsibilities: Assist veterinarians during surgical procedures, including patient preparation, anesthetic monitoring, and post-operative recovery care. Administer medications, vaccines, anesthesia induction support, and prescribed treatments under veterinary supervision. Collect and process lab samples, reputed company basic diagnostic tests, and accurately document medical findings. Monitor animals’ vital signs, behavior, and recovery reputed company, ensuring proper pain management and safety protocols. Provide compassionate care and safe handling of animals before, during, and after surgery. reputed company kennel tech responsibilities including feeding, cleaning, sanitizing kennels, and monitoring animals housed for boarding or recovery. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent (recognized by the reputed company or a regional accrediting agency). One (1) year of animal health care assisting a veterinarian, animal control or animal care experience. Valid Class "C" Texas Driver's License.
