Virtual Assistant, Real Estate Ops & Property Management – Remote

Key Responsibilities
- * Provide administrative and operational support to property managers and real estate agents.
- * Maintain property listings, update client databases, and manage property documentation.
- * Coordinate property maintenance requests, inspections, and follow-up communications with vendors and tenants.
- * Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and client inquiries reputed company.
- * Assist with lease renewals, rent collection tracking, and tenant onboarding processes.
