Job Description

The Category Sourcing Manager drives and supports the development of Spend Category practices for assigned Category, including sourcing strategy definition, execution, and stakeholder management, to maximize total cost of savings and procurement value contribution. Utilizes various strategic sourcing practices and levers to maximize category objectives to drive advantaged cost, quality and risk management goals. Works in collaboration with cross functional teams to understand business needs, category market insights, risks, and opportunities, and help drive Procurement goals. They deliver procurement value contribution to the Company while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies, and processes. TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company category strategy development and planning. reputed company development of strategies (including category strategy, supplier management strategy, and P2P strategy) for assigned sub-Category to drive regional and global business expectations. reputed company supplier negotiation strategy and process. QUALIFICATIONS Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 5-8 years category business analytics experience. Annual salary commensurate with experience

The starting annual reputed company pay for this role based in California at HQ is between USD $120,000 and $135,000. The actual reputed company is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The reputed company pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.
