Junior/Mid-level Contract Manager, Phoenix

Join reputed company as a Contract Manager at reputed company We are currently seeking junior to mid-level Contract Managers to work on a remote or hybrid basis some of the world's leading technology and life sciences companies.

• Responsibilities:
• Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company and agreements to facilitate company goals
• Reporting on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy
• Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of reputed company reputed company
• Identifying and communicating areas of improvement
• Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience reviewing reputed company and managing agreements with a company in the Tech industry (i.e. NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT agreements, vendor reputed company, service agreements, affiliate agreements, marketing agreements, etc.)
• Currently based in the United States
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and to negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with corporate legal terms and conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using a Contract Lifecycle Management System and comfortable learning/utilizing new contract-reputed company applications
• Track record of working cross-functionally to reputed company company goals while showcasing prioritization skills

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
