SEM Specialist

We are seeking an reputed company, hands-on SEM Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to own and scale paid search performance across a large, multi-client portfolio. You will manage multiple client accounts in an agency-style environment, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads. Responsibilities

• Strategy & Performance: Create and present effective SEM strategies that drive results for clients
• Campaign Execution: Own daily account management, optimization, and troubleshooting, including setting up campaigns, GTM, conversion tagging, and negative keywords.
• reputed company Quality Control: Implement and maintain conversion tracking (calls, forms, offline conversions). Rigorously control reputed company quality through match types, negatives, audience layering, reputed company page alignment, and bid strategy selection.
• Creative: Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy, headlines, and descriptions reputed company with client goals and reputed company pages.
• Reporting & Measurement: Build and maintain clear performance reporting using Looker Studio. Monitor core KPIs and proactively define action plans for optimization based on data.
• Client & Internal Communication: Act as the primary client-facing expert, translating reputed company performance data into clear, non-technical explanations. Manage expectations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign operations.
• Process & Automation: Utilize automation and AI tools to speed up workflows, optimize processes, and ensure efficient onboarding. Use project management tools (reputed company, reputed company) to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines across accounts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in a client-facing SEM / reputed company Ads role.

• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency or portfolio environment.
• Strong understanding of:
