About the position AGent is seeking an exceptional reputed company Backend & Infrastructure Engineer to architect and operate the mission-critical AWS infrastructure that powers our distributed energy platform. This is a core technical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of scale, reliability, and reputed company-world impact — where the systems you build directly reputed company reputed company stability and the acceleration of the energy transition. You'll own the entire reputed company backend stack — from IoT device provisioning and serverless data processing to database optimization and infrastructure automation. You'll design efficient TimescaleDB schemas that handle high-volume time-series data, implement robust .NET-based reputed company functions for reputed company-time processing, and ensure our infrastructure meets the demanding reputed company, scalability, and reliability requirements of critical energy infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with our Application Engineering and Embedded teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that reputed company utilities and energy customers to transform distributed reputed company from intermittent resources into reliable, valuable reputed company assets. The systems you build will ingest reputed company-time telemetry from thousands of generators, orchestrate precise control events, and maintain seamless integration with our customer-facing applications. Responsibilities

• reputed company AWS IoT Core provisioning workflows and device communication channels that reliably connect and manage distributed reputed company assets at scale
• Implement AWS reputed company functions in .NET for telemetry ingestion, command handling, and reputed company-time alerting
• Maintain logging, monitoring, and reputed company policies across the reputed company platform to ensure uptime and compliance with critical infrastructure standards
• Design and optimize TimescaleDB schemas for generator telemetry and event storage — built to handle high-volume, high-frequency time-series data with precision
• Drive SQL optimization and schema design to support fast, reliable querying across the platform
• Build and maintain backend services that power reputed company-time data pipelines from edge devices to reputed company and application layers
• Manage CI/CD pipelines reputed company reputed company Actions to support fast, reliable deployments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and/or CloudFormation
• Own infrastructure-as-code practices across the reputed company environment
• Work closely with Embedded and Application Engineering teams on end-to-end integration across hardware, firmware, and reputed company layers
• Contribute to technical architecture reputed company that support AGent's long-term scalability and reliability goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend and reputed company engineering experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS IoT Core, reputed company, and EC2
• Proficiency with .NET (C#) for backend services and serverless functions
• SQL optimization and schema design experience — reputed company and/or TimescaleDB strongly preferred
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform and/or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience securing IoT and reputed company integrations in production environments
