Position: Account Coordinator (Remote) We are currently seeking a motivated Account Coordinator to join our team on a 9 month assignment basis, with potential for extension or conversion. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to thrive in a comfortable environment while contributing to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account management teams to facilitate new business initiatives and track key performance metrics. Serve as the primary point of contact for national sales inquiries, maintaining accurate data logs and promptly addressing client needs. Efficiently set up and manage new accounts within financial systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Utilize customer account set-up reports to conduct thorough analysis and identify areas for improvement. Assist in day-to-day departmental operations, including client communication, report generation, and task coordination. Liaise with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve membership issues, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer set-up discrepancies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in customer account management, client services, or sales support roles. Proficiency in Salesforce is required, with familiarity in SAP considered highly advantageous. Experience With Contact Lifestyle Management Tools Preferred. Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in managing large volumes of email correspondence. Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly analyze data and situations. Why Join Our Team?
