Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a central role in driving revenue for our clients while building genuine relationships with their audiences. Your day will be structured, purposeful, and results-oriented. Core responsibilities include:

  • Initiating Authentic Conversations: Spend roughly two hours each day reaching out to new prospects through direct messages and comments, sparking genuine interest in our clients' coaching programs and personal brand offerings.
  • Strategic Follow-Ups: Dedicate approximately two hours to nurturing warm leads who have previously engaged, responding thoughtfully to questions, overcoming objections, and keeping momentum alive through the buyer journey.
  • Organic Account Growth: Invest about two hours in activities that organically expand our clients' reach and visibility, including engaging with target audiences, participating in community discussions, and amplifying brand presence on social platforms.
  • Active Lead Engagement and Closing: Allocate around one and a half hours to replying to live prospects in active conversations, guiding them toward confident purchasing decisions, and successfully closing sales for high-ticket coaching programs.
  • Team Communication and Operations: Reserve about thirty minutes daily for management tasks, team check-ins, reporting performance metrics, and aligning with the wider client success team to refine strategy and optimize outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning and Strategy Development: Proactively experiment with new messaging approaches, share insights with teammates, and contribute creative ideas to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Representing Premium Brands with Integrity: Serve as the voice and personality of accomplished business coaches, embodying their tone, values, and professional standards in every interaction.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for the Chat Sales Specialist role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following baseline qualifications:

  • Advanced to Native English Proficiency: A C1 or C2 level of English is mandatory. You must be confident, articulate, and persuasive in written communication, with the ability to adapt tone and vocabulary to different audiences and client personalities.
  • Residency in Latin America or Brazil: Applicants must currently reside in any country within Latin America or Brazil to align with our operational and timezone needs.
  • Reliable Hardware and Connectivity: You will need a fully functional desktop or laptop computer, a smartphone, and a stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting uninterrupted daily work.
  • Full-Time Availability: You must be available to work approximately eight hours per day on weekdays, plus two hours on weekends, with a flexible schedule that supports business needs.
  • Desire for USD-Denominated Income: Candidates should be motivated to earn a stable income in US dollars, enabling greater financial security, savings, and the ability to provide for their families.

Training Period Earnings

During your initial training stage, you will receive a fixed payment ranging from $150 to $300, depending on your location, experience, and onboarding progress. This phase is designed to immerse you in our methodology, familiarize you with client brands, and equip you with the skills needed to thrive.

Post-Training Compensation

Once you complete training, your earnings transition to a combination of hourly pay, commissions, and performance bonuses with no cap on what you can earn:

  • Average Performance Level: $600 to $1,200 per month
  • Good Performance Level: $1,200 to $2,000 per month
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,000 to $3,000+ per month

Top performers regularly exceed these ranges, and there is no limit on commissions, meaning your income scales directly with your dedication and skill.
