As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable face of arenaflex, guiding customers through every step of their journey—from the moment they explore our online editor to the instant they receive their beautifully packaged order. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and the overall success of our holiday campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide prompt, courteous assistance to arenaflex customers via email and live chat, ensuring each interaction reflects our brand’s tone of voice.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow established procedures to diagnose and resolve inquiries quickly, delivering accurate information and speedy solutions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams—including design, operations, and technology—as well as external print partners and third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) to troubleshoot and resolve order‑related challenges.
  • Ticket Prioritization: Work under the guidance of the shift supervisor to prioritize tickets based on urgency, volume, and business impact.
  • Product Expertise: Assist customers in using arenaflex’s online editor to create personalized holiday gifts, advise on product specifications, and answer detailed questions about formats, materials, and delivery timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues or gaps in the customer journey and share insights with the team to enhance workflows and documentation.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all interactions in our ticketing system, maintaining clear records for future reference and analysis.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within an e‑commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high standard of customer engagement.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
  • Comfortable using or quickly learning customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar tools.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Access to a dependable laptop or desktop computer capable of running web‑based applications and ticketing software.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with order management, fulfillment, or logistics coordination in a fast‑moving consumer goods setting.
  • Familiarity with graphic design basics or online customization tools, enabling you to guide customers through the design process confidently.
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to ask insightful questions and seek clarification when needed.
  • Strong teamwork orientation, thriving in a collaborative environment that values shared success.
  • Previous exposure to remote work culture, demonstrating self‑discipline and effective time management.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $21 per hour, paid bi‑weekly.
  • Contract Duration: Fixed‑term, November 5 – January 31 (approximately 3 months).
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm ET, Monday through Friday, with one weekend shift included in the contract.
  • Paid Hours: 37.5 hours per week, plus 4 U.S. public holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day) and 6 additional paid days off.
  • Remote Work: Fully remote role with a flexible home office setup.
