In this role you will be the first point of contact for external teams encountering issues with arenaflex’s content tools. You will diagnose problems, provide clear guidance, create training resources, and work closely with the tools development team to prioritize and resolve more complex defects. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, quality, and satisfaction of the creators who rely on arenaflex’s platform every day.

Core Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from external content teams, troubleshoot tool‑related problems, and guide users through step‑by‑step resolutions.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain reference guides, video tutorials, and onboarding materials that enable creators to become self‑sufficient with the arenaflex toolset.
  • Issue Diagnosis & Debugging: Identify root causes of tool failures, reproduce bugs in a controlled environment, and propose immediate work‑arounds while a permanent fix is engineered.
  • Escalation Management: Log and prioritize complex issues in arenaflex’s defect tracking system, collaborate with the development team, and monitor progress until resolution.
  • Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Gather actionable feedback from external teams, champion enhancements, and help shape the product roadmap to better serve creator needs.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance specialists to design new tools, improve existing workflows, and ensure seamless integration across the platform.
  • Process Improvement: Identify repetitive pain points, propose automation opportunities, and help implement best‑practice processes that raise overall operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting live services, tools, or platforms in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with C# codebases; ability to read, understand, and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience with arenaflex’s internal development environment (formerly known as Unity 3D) for creating and maintaining content tools.
  • Exposure to mobile development concepts for arenaflex (formerly iOS and Android) platforms, understanding of app deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency with issue‑tracking and collaboration tools such as arenaflex (formerly Jira) and arenaflex (formerly Confluence) to document, prioritize, and communicate work items.
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering production‑level code, demonstrating a track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well‑documented software.
