Position Overview – Part‑Time Weekend & Night Shift Customer Service Representative

As a Part‑Time Weekend & Night Shift Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company during after‑hours, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This role is pivotal to maintaining the seamless operation of our dispatch system, coordinating service appointments, and supporting both customers and field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries with a courteous demeanor.
  • Initiate outbound calls to technicians, customers, and vendors as needed to confirm appointments, relay service updates, and gather essential details.
  • Manage email correspondence, responding to customer requests, service confirmations, and follow‑up communications within established service level agreements.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring optimal technician routing and minimal downtime for customers.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, service requests, and account changes in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the office team to support miscellaneous tasks such as data entry, document filing, and inventory checks during peak periods.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and communicate insights to management for process improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or dispatch environment.

  • Strong written communication skills for email and chat interactions.

  • Flexibility to work evenings (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) on weekdays and extended hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM) on weekends.
