This full‑time, remote position is based in Puerto Rico, offering a flexible schedule that aligns with a Monday‑through‑Friday workweek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Review & Filing: Accurately input legal documents into arenaflex’s internal platforms, attach supporting files, and route them to the appropriate process server teams via email and system notifications.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct meticulous checks on entered data, cross‑reference source documents, and confirm that all fields are populated correctly, adhering to arenaflex’s strict compliance guidelines.
  • Issue Investigation: Identify discrepancies, missing information, or formatting errors; troubleshoot root causes and resolve them promptly or escalate to senior staff when necessary.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑share meetings to stay current on legal filing regulations, industry best practices, and arenaflex’s evolving technology stack.
  • Project Support: Contribute to special initiatives, process‑improvement projects, and data‑migration efforts as assigned, bringing a proactive mindset to each task.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and external partners, fostering a supportive environment that encourages shared success.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • No prior experience is mandatory, though demonstrated data‑entry experience or familiarity with legal documentation will accelerate your onboarding.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based applications.
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that even the smallest data point is captured correctly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to perform repetitive tasks without loss of quality.
  • Demonstrated teamwork orientation and a willingness to assist colleagues when workload spikes.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a legal, financial, or regulated industry where document integrity is critical.
  • Familiarity with document‑management systems (e.g., SharePoint, DocuWare) or experience using custom enterprise software.
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology, court filing procedures, and service of process requirements.
  • Experience with remote work tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Problem‑solving mindset: ability to think analytically when faced with ambiguous data or conflicting information.
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation of issues and resolutions.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Accuracy & Precision: The cornerstone of the role; every entry must be error‑free.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet daily volume targets while maintaining quality standards.
