The Remote Data Entry Specialist is a pivotal member of our e‑Fulfilment and e‑Filing team. In this role, you will be the eyes and hands that ensure every legal document—whether a contract, court filing, or compliance record—is accurately reviewed, categorized, and uploaded into our secure cloud‑based repository. Your meticulous attention to detail safeguards the integrity of our clients’ legal data, directly influencing case outcomes, regulatory compliance, and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Review & Filing: Examine incoming legal documents (PDFs, scanned images, Word files, etc.) for completeness, legibility, and compliance with internal standards before uploading them to arenaflex’s proprietary e‑Filing system.
  • Data Validation: Cross‑check document metadata (dates, parties, case numbers) against source files and flag any inconsistencies for resolution.
  • Collaboration with e‑Fulfilment Team: Work closely with teammates to prioritize high‑volume filing periods, share best practices, and troubleshoot system‑related issues in real time.
  • Issue Investigation: Proactively investigate discrepancies, missing information, or duplicate entries, and coordinate with supervisors or client contacts to obtain clarification.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training modules that cover legal terminology, industry regulations, and new features of arenaflex’s platforms.
  • Project Support: Contribute to ad‑hoc initiatives such as bulk data migration, quality‑assurance audits, and process‑improvement pilots.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, file counts, and any escalated issues, ensuring transparent communication with management.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; additional coursework in business administration, legal studies, or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—ability to spot even the smallest typographical or formatting errors.
