Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance data models that support VOC analytics, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and compliance with governance standards.
• Pipeline Development: Build end‑to‑end ETL pipelines using Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Hive, and Python to ingest, transform, and load survey data from diverse sources into the arenaflex data lake.
• Real‑Time & Batch Processing: Implement both batch and streaming solutions to deliver timely insights for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with product managers, business analysts, and the agile technology team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Data Quality & Testing: Develop automated testing frameworks and validation scripts to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and performance at scale.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and tune data pipelines for efficiency, reducing latency and resource consumption.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear documentation, data dictionaries, and best‑practice guides; mentor junior engineers and contribute to community of practice sessions.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools (Hive, HDFS, MapReduce) and Spark (PySpark).
