• 10+ years of professional experience (corporate, consulting, client-facing, or leadership roles)
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Self-direction, organization, and comfort working independently
• Interest in ongoing personal and professional development
• Comfort operating within an independent, performance-based structure (not a salaried/W-2 role)
