Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will wear many hats throughout your day, blending customer support, sales, and administrative functions into one cohesive role. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and Outbound Call Management: Handle a steady flow of inbound calls from customers seeking assistance, while also conducting proactive outbound calls to support retention, follow-up, and new sales initiatives.   • Proactive Sales Approach: Utilize a consultative, solution-oriented sales mindset with every customer interaction. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by listening carefully to customer needs and matching them with appropriate products, services, or upgrades offered by arenaflex.
  • Product and Service Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all arenaflex products, services, account structures, billing cycles, and delivery processes.   • Account Management and Data Integrity: Set up new customer accounts accurately, maintain existing account information with precision, and ensure all data entries are complete and up to date within arenaflex systems. Your attention to detail will directly influence the customer experience.
  • Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable Support: Process billing inquiries, assist with collections activities, and help coordinate accounts payable functions. Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Administrative Functions and Reporting: Perform data entry tasks, generate and analyze reports, and assist with reconciliation activities related to asset management, inventory controls, and purchasing functions.
