We are seeking a curious, driven, and analytically gifted Senior Technology Analyst to help shape the way our Technology Leadership — including our CIO and Vice Presidents — understands the business, evaluates priorities, and steers strategic initiatives.

The Opportunity
The Senior Technology Analyst at arenaflex is more than a data professional — you are a storyteller, strategist, and trusted advisor rolled into one. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Technology Analyst at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will shape how leadership understands and acts on the data that drives our Technology division. Core responsibilities include:
- Analytical Problem Solving: Apply your knowledge of analytics, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definition, and testing to solve a wide range of complex business and technical problems.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with fellow Technology teammates to provide expert advice, recommendations, and solutions within your area of subject matter expertise.
- Critical Evaluation: Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, and proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
- Effort and Value Estimation: Assess the effort required and the value delivered for proposed analytical solutions, ensuring the highest-impact work receives appropriate prioritization.
- Broad Technology Application: Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge across multiple technology platforms and models.
- Quality Assurance: Verify information and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using dependency identification processes within Technology operations.
- Prioritization & Delivery: Establish or follow prioritization processes that drive work forward, completing tasks with a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Clear Communication: Express ideas, business requirements, and technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing, using the appropriate level of summary and synthesis on a regular and consistent basis.
- Risk & Issue Management: Monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Additional Duties: Perform other work responsibilities as directed by your leaders, contributing wherever your skills can add value.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must bring the following:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a comparable discipline.
- Visualization Expertise: Advanced knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Analytical Process Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and process improvement methodologies.
- Technical Environment Acumen: Advanced knowledge of technical environments and the ability to navigate them with confidence.
- Software Development Familiarity: Advanced knowledge of software development approaches and how analytics integrates within broader technology ecosystems.
- Partnership & Communication Skills: Skilled in effective partnering, communication, and negotiation when working with diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Complex Problem Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex, or ambiguous business and technical issues, articulate the problem or root cause, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

- Requirements Documentation: Ability to research, create, and document requirements, processes, and technical specifications with precision.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience supporting an Office of the CIO (OCIO) or similar executive-level Technology organization.
- Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience working with financial, workforce, product, or operational datasets in a large enterprise setting.
- Industry experience in aviation, transportation, hospitality, or another customer-centric service environment.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and modern collaboration tools.
