Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, self‑motivated Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Claims Intake Processor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Core Data Entry Duties

  • Accurately transcribe data from insurance claims and provider‑submitted authorization requests into the designated arenaflex imaging and claims management system.
  • Maintain a minimum typing speed of 8,200 keys per hour (KPH) while achieving a 98 % or higher accuracy rate, as verified by periodic assessments.
  • Identify and differentiate among various claim types (e.g., medical, dental, vision, pharmacy) and apply the appropriate data entry guidelines for each.
  • Recognize documents that require special handling—such as high‑value claims, flagged authorizations, or confidential patient records—and process them according to established protocols.

Workflow Management & Collaboration

  • Navigate the imaging software efficiently to retrieve, review, and enter claim information, ensuring turnaround times align with client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow processors, supervisors, and quality‑control teams to maintain a seamless flow of work and to resolve any bottlenecks promptly.
  • Participate in daily stand‑up meetings (virtual) to discuss priorities, share insights, and align on performance metrics.
  • Support additional workflows—such as supplemental data verification, document indexing, or ad‑hoc reporting—when internal or external requirements arise.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
