Position Overview
The Remote Data Entry Clerk plays a pivotal role in supporting arenaflex Integrated Kidney Care nurses and administrative staff. This full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday position is based in Malvern, PA, but offers the flexibility of remote work. You will be the backbone of our data management processes, ensuring that critical patient information, clinical metrics, and operational reports are captured accurately, securely, and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to arenax Integrated Kidney Care nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
- Collect, verify, and enter patient and clinical data into the designated Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and other specialized databases.
- Generate, format, and distribute routine and ad‑hoc reports that inform clinical decision‑making, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, department conferences, and ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices and organizational updates.
- Adhere strictly to arenax policies, employment guidelines, and data‑privacy protocols, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of all information handled.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, suggest workflow improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, supporting the broader goals of the department and the organization.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional post‑secondary education is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with intermediate proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of accurate data entry in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

- Ability to learn and become proficient in arenax’s Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within the first 60 days of employment.

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) platforms, data‑validation tools, or health‑information management systems.
- Experience generating reports using Excel pivot tables, macros, or basic data‑visualization techniques.
- Certification or coursework in health information management, medical coding, or related fields.
