Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with website visitors via live chat, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate information about arenaflex’s container inventory.
  • Identify sales opportunities within chat conversations and guide qualified prospects toward purchase decisions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications, pricing structures, delivery timelines, and financing options to answer complex inquiries.
  • Document chat transcripts in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged for future reference and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate container availability, shipping schedules, and after‑sales support.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve chat handling techniques.
  • Adhere to the defined work schedule—Monday through Friday, 9 am‑6 pm EST—while remaining flexible to accommodate customers across multiple time zones (including EST, MST, ART, GMT, CET, EET, MSK, JST, CST, WIB, MMT, BST, NPT, IST, UZT, IRDT, GST, CVT, WAT, SAST, and EAT).
  • Uphold arenaflex’s standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 6 months) in live chat support, e‑commerce, or digital customer service environments.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity targets without constant supervision.

Compensation, Benefits, and Incentives

Base Salary: $500 per month, paid twice per month.

Performance Commission: 5 % commission on each container sold (approximately $20‑$30 per transaction), directly tied to your chat‑driven sales performance.
