Key Responsibilities
- Data Enrichment & Verification: Review, complete, and audit enrichment tasks as defined by arenaflex’s client protocols.
- Application Data Entry: Accurately input vendor resources, board certifications, and other critical information into electronic files and digital databases.
- Source Consolidation: Transfer data from a variety of sources—spreadsheets, PDFs, scanned documents—into standardized, searchable formats.
- Organization & Sorting: Categorize and file data to ensure rapid retrieval and compliance with internal data‑governance policies.
- Voice & Non‑Voice Interactions: Manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to chat inquiries, and handle email correspondence with professionalism and empathy.
