At arenaflex, we believe that exceptional customer experiences are built on a foundation of genuine care, attention to detail, and operational excellence. As a trusted name in the retail and building materials industry, arenaflex has built a reputation not only for the quality of our products but for the warmth and professionalism of the team members who serve our customers every day. We are currently seeking a dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service & Inventory Replenishment Associate to join our front-of-house operations team.

This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and finds satisfaction in both helping customers and keeping the store running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love interacting with people, take pride in organized and well-stocked shelves, and want to grow your career with a company that values hard work and personal development, arenaflex wants to hear from you.

Position Overview

The Customer Service & Inventory Replenishment Associate serves as a vital link between our customers, our sales floor, and our supply chain operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, greeting them with a smile and assisting with everything from product inquiries to order processing. Simultaneously, you will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is accurate, well-organized, and replenished in a timely manner. This role is perfect for someone who is equally comfortable engaging with customers, working on a register, and helping unload and organize stock in the back room or on the sales floor.

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include a blend of customer-facing service and inventory support duties:

  • Customer Engagement: Warmly greet every customer as they enter the store, creating a welcoming environment that reflects the arenaflex commitment to service excellence.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer purchases, special orders, and requests at the point of sale, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience.
  • Product Assistance: Help customers locate products throughout the store, answer questions about features and pricing, and resolve any discrepancies with patience and professionalism.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset, always aiming for a positive outcome that strengthens customer loyalty.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in strict accordance with arenaflex store policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom, coordinating with the supply chain and receiving teams to ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Packaging and Presentation: Bag, box, and wrap purchased items with care, ensuring products leave the store in excellent condition.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of all arenaflex safety policies and procedures, and consistently apply safe working practices on the job.
  • General Support: Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by store leadership, and always adhere to arenaflex company policies and work requirements.

Essential Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates should bring the following skills and attributes:

  • Communication Skills: The ability to read, write, understand, and clearly relay both written and verbal instructions to customers and team members.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort operating available equipment, including cash registers, calculators, barcode scanners, and other point-of-sale technology.
  • Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic mathematical operations needed to make change, count inventory, and process refunds accurately.
  • Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn about arenaflex products, services, and customer-related policies in order to provide informed and helpful assistance.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A natural ability to engage with people, listen actively, and respond to customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly, and push or pull up to 75 pounds as part of daily operations.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy when processing transactions, handling inventory, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Training: Successful completion of arenaflex on-the-job training is required upon hire.
  • Preferred Experience: Six months of related customer service, retail, or replenishment experience is preferred, though enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position involves a dynamic blend of customer service and physical activity. The work environment at arenaflex is active, hands-on, and team-oriented. Specific physical requirements include:
