Why This Role Matters
The Client Success Account Manager (CSAM) is the primary point of contact for our government and commercial customers, ensuring they realize the full value of arenaflex Cloud technologies. In this entry‑level position, you will partner with senior client leaders, technical teams, and product specialists to drive adoption, resolve challenges, and champion the strategic goals of each account. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Customer Success: Execute the customer success plan by guiding clients through the adoption lifecycle of arenaflex Cloud solutions, from onboarding to advanced usage.
- Drive Service Delivery: Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) by coordinating technical support, training, and consulting resources to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the client and internal account teams to design and prioritize cloud migration, modernization, and optimization projects.
- Relationship Building: Establish trusted relationships with IT directors, program managers, and C‑suite executives, becoming the voice of the client within arenaflex.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve technical and operational blockers, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to improve arenaflex offerings.
- Performance Monitoring: Use data‑driven insights to assess adoption metrics, health scores, and ROI, presenting findings in clear, actionable reports.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, project delivery, consulting, client-facing advisory, or portfolio management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical engagements and multi‑phase programs.
- Active U.S. Government Top‑Secret Trusted Clearance (or ability to obtain one) and eligibility to pass arenaflex Cloud background checks.
- U.S. citizenship, with the ability to meet government‑mandated security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a Program Manager or Project Lead focused on cloud and software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) solutions.
- Exposure to Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal agency customers, including familiarity with acquisition regulations.
- Proven track record of influencing decision‑makers, mediating conflicts, and delivering clear written and verbal communication at all organizational levels.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP) or equivalent.
- Prosci or similar change‑management certification.
- Technical knowledge of at least one of the following: arenaflex Cloud, hybrid cloud, web‑application development, or arenaflex M365 suite.
