Position Summary

The Remote Part‑Time Customer Experience Coordinator will report directly to a Supervisor or Senior Manager within the Consumer Engagement division. This role is pivotal in supporting the development, execution, and measurement of go‑to‑market strategies across linear, digital, social, and emerging platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners—including sales, marketing, creative, and analytics—to craft compelling, customer‑first proposals, pitch materials, and performance dashboards that align with the strategic goals of arenaflex’s marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Support

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of go‑to‑platform (linear, digital, social, and emerging) customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate innovative ideas for pitch decks, RFP responses, and proactive outreach materials.
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end customer response workflow, ensuring timelines, approvals, and deliverables are tracked and met.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, weekly status reports, and performance dashboards for the Client Connect Team.

Administrative & Organizational Excellence

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics (where applicable).
  • Prepare and format presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
  • Facilitate communication between internal partners (brand, solutions, revenue, and product teams) to streamline decision‑making processes.
  • Organize and archive campaign assets, contracts, and creative files in accordance with arenaflex’s data governance policies.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and marketing partners.
  • Act as a liaison for client inquiries, providing timely updates and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance collaboration and drive cross‑functional alignment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in advertising, sponsorship, marketing, branded entertainment, or media.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
