Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Champion, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities that keep our passengers informed, supported, and satisfied. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering top-tier, empathetic customer service to passengers via phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting travelers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, upgrades, and rebookings to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Managing baggage-related inquiries, including tracking delayed or lost luggage, filing claims, and providing timely follow-ups to affected passengers.
  • Facilitating smooth and efficient check-in procedures, guiding passengers through online platforms and answering technical questions.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, gate assignments, destinations, travel policies, weather conditions, and travel restrictions.
  • Resolving passenger issues with a friendly, solution-oriented approach, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, baggage handling, and in-flight crews, to ensure a unified and seamless travel experience.

Essential Qualifications
