Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

In this fully remote, full‑time position, you will serve as the first point of contact for arenaflex’s valued customers. Your mission is to ensure every interaction—whether by phone, email, or chat—leaves a lasting positive impression. Key Responsibilities
