Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Capture: Input data from a variety of sources—including electronic documents, scanned forms, and email communications—into arenaflex’s proprietary logistics platforms and standard databases.
  • Data Validation: Perform rigorous verification checks to confirm the correctness of each entry, cross‑referencing with source documents and system records.
  • Ongoing Data Maintenance: Update, correct, and enrich existing records to reflect changes in shipment status, customer details, and operational metrics.
  • Timely Response: Address data entry requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional typing speed (70+ words per minute) with a focus on accuracy (error rate below 1%).
