Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of medical documents—including Independent Medical Reviews, physician notes, and insurance claim forms—ensuring each piece of information is captured accurately.
  • Extract relevant data points and enter them into the designated electronic database using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or proprietary arenaflex platforms.
  • Collaborate with fellow coordinators and supervisors to resolve data ambiguities, verify source documents, and maintain consistency across all entries.
  • Apply critical‑thinking techniques to identify missing information, formulate follow‑up questions, and contact clients or healthcare providers via phone or secure messaging to obtain necessary clarifications.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to established metrics, quotas, and turnaround‑time targets.
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service when interacting with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience throughout the data‑entry lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience, demonstrating the ability to stay focused, organized, and productive in a home‑based environment.
