Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for both clients and internal teams. Send timely reminders, prepare agendas, and ensure all participants have the information they need to be prepared.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive support with email triage, document preparation, file organization, and other office‑related tasks. Maintain a clean and accessible digital workspace for the team.
  • Travel Booking & Itinerary Creation: Research, book, and confirm flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and ancillary services. Optimize travel plans for cost‑effectiveness while adhering to client preferences and corporate travel policies.
  • Customer Service & Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries. Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate responses, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain client‑related data in our CRM and travel management systems. Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and compliance.

Essential Qualifications
