  • Document Management: Secure all trailing documents from customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements.
  • Claims Support: Field incoming claim calls, guide customers through the claims process, and follow up to guarantee a smooth resolution.
  • Evidence of Insurance (EOI): Complete and deliver EOI requests promptly for corporate and individual clients.

  • Premium Collection: Accept and process premium payments, providing clear explanations of billing details.
