About the Role

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing live chat conversations on behalf of client websites. Your primary mission is simple: deliver friendly, timely, and accurate support to website visitors while helping them navigate products, services, and information. This role is fully remote and part-time, with flexible scheduling that allows you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

You will be working primarily on the Squarespace platform, responding to customer inquiries through integrated live chat tools. In addition, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers across various social media channels, expanding your digital communication skill set and gaining exposure to multi-channel customer service strategies. No prior experience is required — we value enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others above all else.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to live chat messages from website visitors in a friendly, conversational tone
  • Answer customer questions about products, services, pricing, and policies with accuracy and confidence
  • Provide direct sales links and promotional discount codes to interested customers to support client revenue goals
  • Guide customers through the order process, helping them successfully complete purchases and resolve simple transaction issues
  • Escalate complex inquiries to senior team members or client support teams when appropriate
  • Maintain clear, concise, and grammatically correct written communication at all times
  • Follow detailed instructions, chat scripts, and brand guidelines provided by arenaflex and our clients
  • Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet productivity and quality targets
