• Position Overview

  • As an Airbnb Guest Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting issues, and driving sales. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and Airbnb, assisting them in finding ideal accommodations and ensuring they have a pleasant experience throughout the booking and stay process.
  • *Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable accommodation options based on their preferences and budget.
  • Drive sales by offering additional services and add-on products such as itinerary planning, transportation arrangements, etc.
  • Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer satisfaction, address complaints, and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Basic understanding of customer service and sales processes, with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments and customer needs, and remain calm and patient under pressure.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with the team to achieve team goals.
  • Prior experience or training in customer service and sales fields is preferred.
