Process Engineer

Position Overview: As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and enforcing standardized workflows across multiple operational divisions.This role is highly analytical and requires strong ownership of end-to-end process improvement initiatives. Work Schedule and Arrangement: Nightshift Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Key Responsibilities: Workflow Engineering and Optimization Map, analyze, and optimize operational workflows across administrative, medical, and portfolio management functions Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability Standard Work and SOP Implementation Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure adherence to standardized processes to achieve consistent, defect-free output Throughput and Performance Management Monitor operational KPIs on a weekly basis Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to maximize throughput and reduce variance System Integration and Project Execution Support system migrations and backend operational integrations Ensure seamless coordination across platforms and cross-functional teams Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement Conduct structured root cause analysis on operational inefficiencies Perform regular reviews to evaluate process improvements and their impact on scalability and performance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred) 3+ years of experience in process engineering, BPO operations, or continuous improvement roles Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) PMP certification is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in workflow mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) Ability to work independently in a high-performance, results-driven environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP): Monthly salary: 18,000 PHP – 32,000 PHP Quarterly performance bonus: Up to 25,000 PHP Perks and other benefits: Paid Training Period All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed Paid time off—public holidays, vacation, and personal time off Robust and effective Government Benefits Administration Lactation breaks (for breastfeeding moms) Discounted optical services with our partner clinic Free lunch/dinner and unlimited coffee and ice cream daily (for onsite employees) Free Health insurance with one (1) free dependent Free Life insurance Free Accident insurance Relocation allowance for new hires (from outside Cebu) Company-sponsored outings Interest-based employee clubs (DOTA, Basketball, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga) Our Recruitment Process: Candidate Application Form General Assessment & Video Interview Follow up Phone Screening Technical Interview Reference Check Job Offer Training Disclaimer for salary ranges: Salary ranges may not be applicable to all.
