Role Description As a Technical Consultant, your primary role will be to lead the design and implementation of software solutions that significantly improve client operations. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment aligned with strategic objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing environments will be key to accelerating project delivery and enhancing client satisfaction. You will also cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous process improvements. This role requires a disciplined approach to project management, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in all initiatives.

  • Travel globally to customer sites for the purpose of system integration, troubleshooting, and training
