Start: Immediately | Level: Senior | Location: IT, remote | Type: Full time (40h/week) Join our team as a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d) and play a crucial role in building relationships with social media influencers, developing creative campaigns, and driving engagement with our target audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with content creators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign performance to optimize future strategies. Your Responsibilities Identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who align with our brand values and vision. Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate attention. Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content in collaboration with influencers. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future strategies. Organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our social media channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing. Your Qualifications Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management within the fitness or nutrition industry in Italy. Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns. Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools. Fluency in English and Italian.
