🌟 We’re Hiring: CBT Supervisor Permanent, Part time 4 days a week £50,000-£53,000 per annum Homebased Are you dedicated to delivering high‑quality care and passionate about supporting clinicians to achieve their best? We’re looking for a CBT Supervisor to join our Children & Young Persons Service and provide supervision whilst helping shape safe, effective and evidence-based practice. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. 💡 About the Role In this role, you will: Provide training, support and supervision to our network of CBT therapists and support the team with data audits of clinical performance. Handle risk in line with our policies and record any incidents of concern, ensuring implementation of lessons learned. Lead on policy reviews and implement changes within the clinical team. CBT supervision qualification with experience supervising CBT therapists. Experience working within mental health services delivering CBT.
