Legal Consultant - Legal Operations, Singapore
Axiom is currently looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our fast growing team and to work with one of our top rated clients. Responsibilities: Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and impact Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives Ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across levels and functions A data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and KPIs Strong communication, problem‑solving, and change‑management capabilities Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers a range of competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits and paid time off.
