Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create ideal candidate profiles, and manage daily recruitment activities Evaluate candidates thoroughly, assessing their skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture Maintain detailed records and monitor progress within the ATS to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring process Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies Requirements 3+ years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly for non-technical roles Strong capability to evaluate both technical skills and interpersonal/soft skills Proficient in using recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and leveraging market insights Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring teams Results-driven and accountable, consistently meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Flexible, growth-oriented, and proactive in addressing challenges as they arise Highly organized with keen attention to detail, committed to delivering a positive candidate experience Excellent written and spoken English skills Will be a plus Experience in the Asian job market We offer Working for a dynamically growing company Competitive compensation 15 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year 10 days for floating public holidays Remote work Budget for professional development and language learning Budget for healthcare-related expenses Apply To This Job
