Project Coordinator

Role Summary As a Project Management Coordinator, you will work closely with internal client collaborators, requesters, and internal departments to manage incoming requests. During projects, you’ll support all operational tasks such as managing internal and external resources, monitoring deadlines and iterations, organizing print services, setting up Tasks and Teams channels, and checking budgets. Your role also involves negotiating and monitoring deadlines, carrying out administrative tasks in close coordination with the client leadership team, and coordinating meetings such as client meetings and scoping calls. Responsibilities and Duties Handling client and partner expectations. Providing input on processes and operating models. Problem-solving, enabling you to work in a fast-paced, team- and customer-focused environment. Communicating effectively, even under stressful circumstances. Public speaking with strong and presentations skills, along with very good multitasking and organizational skills. Required Skills/Abilities Must multi-task and oversee multiple projects at any given time. High levels of accuracy in your work with strong attention to detail. Maintain client confidentiality while working in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative organization. Excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to work with senior and global clients and peers. Strong project management skills and experience with relevant tools and methodologies. Excellent knowledge in the areas of litigation, pro bono work, and Microsoft Office Software Excellent English language skills A clear understanding of technological advancements to improve quality, processes, and program efficiency. Education and Experience A bachelor's degree, preferably in legal studies, political science, business administration, or a related field. At least five years of experience in a legal services environment or law firm.
