As a Virtual Hospitality Consultant, you'll help clients navigate travel options, coordinate arrangements, and create seamless experiences from the initial inquiry through trip preparation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and building experience within the travel and hospitality sector. No prior industry experience is necessary. Training and ongoing support are provided. Core Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation objectives Explore accommodations, cruise vacations, transportation services, tours, and destination experiences Assist with booking requests through approved travel suppliers and reservation systems Provide information about travel products, destinations, and available promotions Help clients organize trip details and travel documentation Address questions and assist with travel-related updates as needed Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications Monitor supplier announcements, travel news, and promotional opportunities Participate in team learning sessions and ongoing development programs Ideal Candidate Profile Enjoy delivering excellent customer experiences Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities Are comfortable using digital tools and online platforms Can work independently while managing priorities effectively Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail Have reliable internet access and basic technical proficiency Possess an interest in hospitality, tourism, travel, or customer-facing services Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
