Skills
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Prior experience recruiting within AI, machine learning, or data-driven organizations is required
- Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is preferred
