Responsibilities

- Overseeing day-to-day campaign management, including email, social media, paid media, and content marketing activities
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable outcomes
- Analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve lead generation, conversion, and customer retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners such as sales, design, and product teams to develop go-to-market plans, promotional calendars, and customer engagement strategies
- Managing marketing budgets, coordinating with external vendors or agencies, and staying current with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing
Skills
- Strong foundation in core marketing disciplines, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategy
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as email, social media, paid search, and display, with the ability to optimize for performance
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to track KPIs, interpret data, and present actionable insights
- Ability to create or oversee the creation of marketing content, including briefs, landing pages, ads, and basic copywriting or editing
- Demonstrated skill in project and stakeholder management, including coordinating timelines, priorities, and resources across teams
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in a marketing leadership or manager-level role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) is preferred
