[Remote] Clinical Manager - Cleveland, Cincinnati or Columbus, OH

The Clinical Manager will support the successful use of AirLife products through clinician training, product evaluations, and customer interaction, while also contributing to research and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities
  • Participation in the creation of AirLife’s evidence plan
  • Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Provides technical expertise and training to other departments
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met including deployment of user trials or pilot sales programs
  • Conducts research on product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality based on customer feedback
  • Conducts Customer and AirLife product training on-site and at trade shows

Skills

  • Understanding of respiratory disease states
  • Clinical application of AirLife products
  • Familiarity with critical care and anesthesia environments
  • A solid understanding of the field of Respiratory Care and the application of therapies
  • Minimal 5 years clinical experience, 10 years preferred
  • Critical Care experience required
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist, RN, Paramedic, Anesthesia Technician
  • Excellent Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Prior training experience a plus
  • Computer proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
  • Professional license
  • 70% travel
  • Candidates who reside in Cleveland, Cincinnati or Columbus, OH
