[Remote] Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics

The Brixton Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in People Analytics to support the delivery of accurate workforce insights through reporting and data analysis. This role involves maintaining dashboards, ensuring data quality, and providing insights to HR and business stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, audit, and enhance People Analytics dashboards and recurring reports
- Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
- Prepare, validate, and support submission of people-related compliance reports
- Develop and refine SQL queries to extract, join, validate, and analyze data from HR systems and related data sources
- Support Workday reporting activities, including data extraction, troubleshooting, and basic report development
- Document metric definitions, reporting methodologies, and data sources
- Identify, investigate, and escalate data quality issues
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from business leaders and stakeholders
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Leverage approved AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, query development, documentation, and analytical workflows while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, operations analytics, or finance analytics
- SQL
- Workday reporting
