[Remote] Strategic Account Manager - Ag Retailer & Channel Relationships

They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and manage relationships with large ag retailers and co-ops, aligning CNH solutions with retailer-led agronomic services for mutual customer value.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships with regional and national ag retailers/co-ops
- Align CNH precision technology and digital solutions with retailer agronomy and data platforms
- Identify co-selling and co-development opportunities that create value for mutual customers
- Enable field-level execution by coordinating with:
- Facilitate integration and workflow alignment between CNH systems and retailer operations
- Lead joint planning sessions and partnership reviews
Skills
- Bachelors Degree and 7+ years in ag equipment, precision technology, or enterprise account management
- Associates Degree and 10+ years of related experience
- Strong understanding of retailer business models (co-ops, independents, national chains)
- Experience in partnership development and channel strategy
- Knowledge of agronomic workflows and data-driven decision making
- Ability to navigate complex ecosystems (OEM–Dealer–Retailer–Producer)
- 40-60% travel required
