[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Swoon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help modernize and evolve a CRM platform used by customers and internal teams. This role will focus on improving workflows, expanding platform capabilities, enhancing integrations, and supporting the transition from legacy systems to scalable cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a key area of the CRM product platform
- Define and execute product roadmap initiatives aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, and Security teams
- Gather customer and user feedback to inform product decisions
- Prioritize enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements
- Leverage analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product strategy
- Support product launches and adoption initiatives
- Develop training materials, onboarding resources, and product documentation
- Drive continuous improvement of CRM capabilities and customer experience
- Participate in product discovery and new product development efforts
- Build business cases and product development plans for future enhancements
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience managing CRM or customer-data platforms
- Demonstrated ownership of product features from concept through delivery
- Experience working with Engineering and UX teams in an Agile environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using product metrics and customer feedback to guide decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, DealCloud, or similar
- SaaS product management experience
- Workflow-driven products and automation platforms
- API, integration, and connected-system product experience
- Product experimentation and A/B testing
